Booking

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. For travel during school holidays, long weekends, or public holidays, book 1 to 2 weeks ahead. Vehicles fill up fast during peak periods.
Yes. For same-day or urgent bookings, WhatsApp us directly. We will check availability and confirm as quickly as possible. Website bookings are not recommended for same-day requests.

Driver and vehicle details will be sent to you before 10pm the night before your travel date.

For website bookings, confirm at least 3 days in advance. For urgent or last-minute bookings, WhatsApp us directly.

Yes, please indicate number of toddlers, infants or children in your booking details. There is a maximum number of passengers allowed for private vehicle ride depending on vehicle type. As such, we will be able to advise type of vehicle accordingly.

Changes and Cancellations

Yes, subject to availability. Notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure. We will confirm whether the change can be accommodated.
Yes. For groups that require more than one vehicle, contact us directly. We coordinate multi-vehicle arrangements with scheduled pickups.

Vehicles and Capacity

Our fleet includes the Toyota Innova, Toyota Alphard, and Hyundai Starex. All vehicles are privately owned and regularly maintained.
Toyota Innova: up to 7 passengers
Hyundai Starex: up to 8 passengers
Toyota Alphard: up to 6 passengers (premium)

Exact capacity depends on luggage requirements. Infant car seats and prams affect available space.

Routes and Service Coverage

We operate from any address in Singapore to all major Malaysia destinations including Johor Bahru, Malacca, Kuala Lumpur, Desaru, Genting Highlands, Legoland Malaysia, and Port Dickson. We also cover return trips and Malaysia-to-Singapore transfers.
Yes. We pick you up from your home, hotel, or office in Singapore and drop you at your exact destination in Malaysia. There is no transfer or vehicle change at the checkpoint.

Yes. Rates may be higher during school holidays, public holidays, long weekends, and festive seasons such as Chinese New Year and Hari Raya. Non-peak rates start from S$100.

At the Checkpoint

Yes. All passengers must clear immigration individually at both the Singapore and Malaysia checkpoints. Our driver will coordinate the process and wait for all passengers before continuing the journey.
Singapore Citizens and PRs need their Singapore passport or IC. Foreign nationals need a valid passport with appropriate visa if required for Malaysia entry. Ensure all travel documents are valid before your trip date.

Luggage and Special Requirements

There is no strict luggage limit, but large amounts of luggage will affect available seating. Notify us during booking if you have oversized items, prams, or bulky luggage so we can assign the right vehicle.
Include infants and toddlers in your total passenger count when booking. If you require an infant car seat, let us know in advance so we can make arrangements. Toddler count affects vehicle selection.
