Motion Sickness

First of all, motion sickness is a condition in which a disagreement exists between visually perceived movement and the vestibular system’s sense of movement. Depending on the cause, it can also be referred to as seasickness, car sickness, simulation sickness or airsickness.

Most importantly, there are different kinds of medicine that can treat motion sickness. If you are prone to seasickness, prepare anti-motion sickness pills which are available at all major drugstore. A good tip would be: While at sea, try not to focus on one object because it disturbs the co-ordination between your eyes and brain. Try looking around at the beautiful view. Chewing or sucking on a sweet is also rumored to help.
